3. Kimchi Fried Rice
This is an easy and simple dish to make. You can make kimchi rice with either spinach, roasted gram, sesame seeds or any other item of your choice.
You will need:
- Kimchi juice
- Vegetable oil
Heat up a pan and add vegetable oil. Add the kimchi and stir fry for about 1 minute. Next, add rice, kimchi juice and the rest of the ingredients and stir them together for about 7 minutes. Add sesame oil and set aside from heat. Sprinkle with spring onions or any other garnish of your choice. This is a great and unique recipe for work and also healthy.

- Vegetables of your choice
